well something rather funny did happen tonight

after months of saying i have no amusing stories to tell...

so i am sitting on the couch... just stopped the show i was watching to talk to my mom on the phone. hear a noise outside and my roomie's dog starts going crazy barking as if someone is outside. i say something to mom and she is like well maybe someone is at the door. then THUD! ... so i run down stairs and tell my roomates that someone is trying to break through the door... which gets me odd looks but apparently i looked rattled enough for them to venture back upstairs. the open the door and no one is there except my other roommate's rottie who had apparently escaped the back yard!

ARG! i swear i just lost 5 years off my life... still not sure whether to laugh or kill the dog...
she's cute so i reckon she will live ...
as for laughing well maybe you are ... but i'm still paranoid... there goes the dog barking again... guess i'm not the only one who is paranoid... HA!

Work tomorrow. 3 days of class. Test. This is my outlook of the coming week... weeeee.
Ran home for the weekend... sometimes I do just like to be back in the country.... living there not such a novel idea... but quick weekend visits can be good. Wish I had something fun and exciting to type about. Since I moved back to VA a few months ago... I honestly have had nothing intresting actually happen to me. I go to work .. I come home.. I go to work. Both FL and OH offered lots of fun stories and tales of scary/exciting/thrilling/sarcastic things for me to share. I swear all I encounter here are bad drivers and the same old shit daily. One can only write about these things so many times. So lets hope the small field trip to MD this week will produce at least one fun/exciting tale of crazy amusement.... or so we can hope.

going to bed early. too lazy/tired/sleepy to do laundry or study... reckon we know what i will be doing tomorrow night... :-P
