quit again

so i have quit smoking once again. i did slip once today but for 3 days i've not had cigs. trying the patch again. if readers out there have any tips hints on making this work this time please let me know. any opinions on smoke away? ok... enough of my pleas for help on this ... back to the regularly scheduled program.
